Zucchini Noodles with Pesto

Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Make pesto by blending basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spiralize zucchinis into noodles. Lightly sauté zucchini noodles in a pan for 2-3 minutes (don't overcook). Toss with pesto. Add halved cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately with extra parmesan.
