Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon on parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush over salmon. Top with lemon slices, dill, parsley, and capers. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily. Serve with roasted vegetables or quinoa.
