Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Whisk continuously. When warm (not boiling), remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and coconut oil. Blend for 30 seconds for frothy texture. Pour into mugs and enjoy before bed for better sleep.
