Account & Profile
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Yes, you can update your username from your profile settings. Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Username. Remember that your username must be unique and follow our community guidelines.
To delete your account, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings and click "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your public profile shows your username, avatar, bio, contribution statistics, and badges earned. Your email address and personal information remain private and are never shared publicly.
You earn badges and advance through grades by contributing quality content (tips, recipes, videos), helping others, and maintaining an active presence on Vitomon. Each contribution brings you closer to the next grade level.
Content Creation
Click "Share a Tip" from the navigation menu, fill in the title, category, and description of your wellness tip, then submit. Your tip will be reviewed and published for the community to benefit from.
You can share YouTube videos on Vitomon. Simply paste the YouTube URL when creating a video post, and we will automatically embed it with proper thumbnail and metadata.
A good wellness tip is specific, actionable, based on reliable information, and helpful for others. Include clear instructions, explain the benefits, and cite sources when possible.
When creating or editing a recipe, you can upload an image using the image upload field. We recommend high-quality photos that clearly show the finished dish. Maximum file size is 5MB.
Yes, you can edit your tips, recipes, and video descriptions anytime. Go to your profile, find the content you want to edit, and click the edit button. Changes are saved immediately.
